M276 valve cover seal

I'm thinking this could be a one or two weekend job. I know the feeling of brake expensive things and then spend on repairing things you was not expecting, so I do like to take as much time as needed. Taking coffee breaks, every time I start getting frustrated works better for me. I'm in day 2 of changing the spark plugs....

Taking a quick look at the files it looks it won't be an easy job. I'll need to start evaluating if the leak is worth to get it fixed since it didn't looked too bad to me, but most likely I might be wrong. I'll need to estimate parts I'll need and for sure I'll need to talk to some of my friends for help since I don't want to screw something.

This will be my most challenging job so far, not sure if I'm excited.

Hi, yes is passenger side. I'll start reading and document the process as best I can. I might need to do this next month since I'm already planning to do trans fluid for both cars. I am pulling the documents from WIS now base your VIN. So you need to remove/install the right (passenger side) cylinder head cover, right? Because the right and the left are different steps.

Some one from the MBworld forum shared this file to me. I hope you also find it useful since it's for the M276 and I guess is independent from the chasis.

There is missing information about how to apply and where to apply the sealant. Also not very clear how describing how to take out things. I guess fuel injectors are delicate.
